Summary

We collect the minimum we need to build your website, sign you in and take payment. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers on sitelings.ai.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send sign-in links and tell you when your preview is ready.
• Your brief and chat messages: business details you choose to share, such as your business name, services, prices, hours, contact details and team names.
• Change requests you send, and the website files we generate for you.
• Payment status from Stripe (for example, whether you paid, the amount and currency). Stripe handles your card details; we never receive them.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security, rate limiting and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and kept in short-lived logs.

How we use it

To build, revise, store and deliver your website; to sign you in; to send service emails (sign-in links, build ready, payment received); to prevent abuse; and to keep records required for tax and accounting.

AI processing

Your brief and change requests are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate your website. Under that provider's commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models. Don't put sensitive personal information in a brief.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, bot protection), Anthropic (AI model), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of them are located in the United States, so your data may be processed there.

Cookies and storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your language and light/dark theme choice. No analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Projects stay in your account so you can download them again. Unpaid projects may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and projects at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to some uses. Write to hello@sitelings.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
